Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Hassle-Free 2-Day Returns & Replacement

We want you to love your jewellery, but if you need to return or exchange it, we offer a 2-day return & replacement window from the date of delivery.

  • Once your return is initiated, it may take 5-7 days for the product(s) to reach us.
  • We provide a reverse pick-up service, subject to availability in your pin code.
  • A ₹200 shipment fee will be deducted from your refund per order, not per item.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds for prepaid and COD orders will be issued as store credit within 1-2 working days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • Your store credit will be equal to the amount paid and can be used for future purchases anytime.

4. Return Guidelines

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Damaged or used items will not be accepted.
  • In case of damage claims, a 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory for verification.
